Founding Member Terms

Thank you for joining BIDLOGIC™ as a Founding Member. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
1. Founding Member Status
You are enrolling as a Founding Member of BIDLOGIC™, an early-stage pricing intelligence platform built for power and soft washing professionals.
2. Early-Access Pricing
As a Founding Member, you receive early-access pricing and platform access. Your founding subscription rate is locked for 12 months from your enrollment date.
3. Platform Development
Features and functionality may evolve as the system develops. Feedback may be requested to help refine the platform.
4. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
BIDLOGIC™ provides structured pricing tools but does not guarantee business outcomes. All pricing, bidding, and business decisions remain your responsibility.
5. Relationship to General Terms
These Founding Member Terms supplement and are subject to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the general Terms of Service shall prevail.
